I have been privileged to work as a therapist since obtaining my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University in 2009. I have worked in a variety of outpatient settings and began my private practice in 2017.

My approach is centered around authentic empathy, connection, and evidence-based techniques. Throughout my career I have sought out trainings and certifications that would help me provide the most effective and supportive healing environment for my clients. While the modalities and techniques acquired in my career are helpful tools, the most effective determinant of success is the therapeutic relationship.
